I've actually realized something. After reviewing the picture I like everything minus the wheels, and the wheels are really the only thing that are different from a stock Escape (obviously tint, but tint is a different argument altogether based on locale and reason for tint).

So never mind, I don't like it. I like the previous gen Escape in black.
